Continued Investment: NEW Air Conditioning Unit for our Spin Studio & Much more!
I’m delighted to introduce our new back stage segment of our newsletter, designed to keep you updated on some of the day-to-day running of your club and inform you of some of the backstage procedures we under take to make your membership as enjoyable as possible. Last weekend we experienced a problem with our boilers. At first it did not present to be an obvious boiler problem however it let us down on a Saturday. Luckily not only do we have a fantastic full time maintenance technician in Mark but we also invest in an annual service contract with an extremely reputable company, Thermodial. We have just completed the full works needed to prevent a drop in water temperature again. The total investment for this unforeseen work is €10,000.
As you may be aware we recently increased our pricing at the Club. This only applied to members on old contracts but the increase was necessary to bring everyone in line with our current rates. This strategic decision has given us the opportunity to invest back into your club with the installation of a new air conditioning in the Spin Studio to be installed on February 7th. We are confident that this will make a significant difference to your comfort and your overall experience.
New Year, Spring Clean
Both the male and female lockers rooms underwent a thorough deep clean over 2 nights in January by a team of cleaning experts using a variety of specialized tools. We hope you agree that this has made a huge difference to the standards of the changing areas. We are dedicated to maintaining our high standards by committing to carry out this operation on a bi-annual basis. Our club care team including Gabi, Lucas, Bright & Thais, who do a fantastic job on a day to day basis. Investing in a regular Deep Clean along with our daily club care maintenance keeps our Hygiene levels at Gold standard in accordance with Ireland Active.
