We provide the best of all fitness classes Dublin has to offer, from core strength classes to BodyPump, yoga to spin. We now offer over 90 fitness classes a week as part of your membership. Our class timetable accommodates a wide variety of classes at times to suit you – from early morning rise-and-shine workouts to late evening sessions. All you have to do is pick a class you like, at the time that suits you. No commitment to come every week, and you can switch and change to try something new every day. Whether you’re new to exercise or more experienced, all levels are catered for. Don’t worry about being able to keep up – our instructors are trained to put you at ease and include everyone in the workout. Our fitness classes are welcoming and inclusive.

We offer fun packed aqua classes such as Aqua Run & Aqua Jump, toning classes like BodyPump, as well as classes that build your core strength and flexibility. Have you tried spinning? A spin class is an ideal way to shed those extra pounds without worrying about the traffic.
